The dashboard
Read the day’s summary, then resize or hide cards and the calendar for yourself — or for everyone if you are the account supervisor.
The dashboard is the first screen after sign-in. It gathers request counts, the calendar, items that need attention, and the tracking map when the account enables it. Use it to open lists. Do not close work from a card alone without opening the request profile.
What the cards mean
Each card is a summary of a filter the list already knows: waiting, no provider, overdue visits. Open the card or open the maintenance-request list with the same filter. Counts follow your current branch when the account has more than one.
The calendar shows upcoming visits. If your day is schedule-first, keep the calendar wide. If you work a long list, shrink or hide it in the layout settings.
Customize the layout
You can hide a card, change its width, reorder, or add a card from the same screen.
- Only me saves your layout. It stays even if a supervisor changes the account default.
- All users is for the account supervisor only. If you have no personal layout you see the account layout; otherwise you see yours.
With no active account you see the system default and your change will not save.
Tip: Start with what needs follow-up now, not the whole week on the calendar. Hide cards your role never opens so a real count does not become noise.
