Conversations
Open chat from the dashboard, write in the thread tied to the request, and never move payment details through chat.
Conversations are a thread with the customer or the service provider next to the request. In the menu open Messages; the screen title is Conversations. They do not replace the status log on the request profile.
List and thread
Open conversations and pick the thread. A new thread beside a maintenance request invites staff assigned to that request’s branch (or Main) and the account administrators. A thread you already joined stays on the list even if the header is another branch.
Write a clear reply: request number, next step, and a new time if the visit moved. Attach a photo of the fault when that helps. Mark as read when that action appears so the icon count stays honest.
Do not close a request because the chat went quiet. Update status on the request profile after the field reality changes.
Note: Do not ask for a card number or send a bank slip in chat. Pay from the invoice link when needed, and only mention in chat that the link was sent.
What to read next
- Branches — a new thread picks staff on the request’s branch; a joined thread stays visible.
- Invoices — send the pay link from the profile, not card details in chat.
- Maintenance requests — update status on the profile after the field reality changes.
- Customer app — the resident sees the same thread on their side when it exists.
