Inspection forms
Set up an inspection template, review generated forms, and open a maintenance request from the result when the product offers that.
An inspection form is a checklist filled in the field or generated on a schedule. The template defines the questions. Generated forms are the actual rounds.
Templates and generated forms
Under inspection form templates, create a template with the question types the wizard shows. Do not invent a question type the screen does not offer. Link the template to an asset or property as the wizard asks so the round reaches the right place.
The generated-forms tab lists current rounds. Open a completed form before you create a manual request for the same fault.
If “run today’s generation” appears, use it after you review templates — not as a substitute for the weekly schedule.
Tip: When a maintenance request is born from an inspection result, handle it on the request profile like any other request. Do not open a second manual request for the same fault.
