Service provider groups
Create a group, add members, and use it when the account assigns a team to a request instead of one person.
A group gathers service providers who work together: a shift, a trade, or a branch team. Use it when your account assigns a team and distributes work inside it — not when every request always goes to one name.
List and members
Under service provider groups, add a group with a name operators will recognize. A group is filed under one branch. Leave the branch empty to file it under the header branch (or Main). On All branches, the list shows the branch and you can filter by it. Open the group and add members from the account’s providers. Remove a member who left instead of deleting the group if old requests still refer to it.
Do not put a provider in a group for a service they do not perform. Assignment on the request profile shows what the account allows: a person or a group.
Note: A group does not replace the provider profile. Keep mobile and availability current on the individual profile so notifications reach the right person.
