Submit a maintenance request with a QR code
Scan the QR code on a property or asset, send a maintenance request, and track it with the reference number.
If you see a QR code on a unit door or on equipment in the building, you can send a maintenance request without signing in to the operations dashboard. The code opens a public form tied to the property or the asset.
Scan the code and open the form
- Open your phone camera and scan the QR code.
- Wait for the submit a maintenance request page.
- Check that the page is for the right property: the building, the unit, or the asset named at the top of the form.
- If a Property field appears, open it and choose this property, a sub-property inside it, or a linked asset. You cannot go above the property on the QR code.
If the form opens on a building instead of your unit, use that Property field before you send. If the field is hidden, the request goes to the property on the QR code.
Fill the request clearly
Visible fields depend on the account. They usually include:
- Your name and mobile number (with country if a country list appears).
- A description in the notes: what is wrong, since when, and exactly where.
- Attachments: images or video only, 20 MB per file at most.
- Visit date and time if the account asks for a schedule.
Do not attach office documents. A clear photo of the fault is better than a long note with no evidence.
- Check the number and the description.
- Tap Submit request.
- Save the request reference shown after success.
Tip: Photograph or copy the reference immediately. You will need it later from the “Already have a maintenance request? Track it here” link on the same page.
Track a request you already sent
From the QR page you can open tracking and enter the reference. If the request exists, you see its status without entering the account app.
If the number is not found, check the characters and try again. Do not open a second request for the same fault unless the supervisor asks you to.
If the form does not send
Try this order:
- Wait a moment and submit again without leaving the page.
- Refresh and scan the code again if the page session expired.
- Check your internet before uploading a large video.
- If the page stays unavailable, ask property management for a valid code for your unit or branch.
After you send, the account supervisor follows the request and assigns a service provider. They may call the mobile you entered; keep it reachable on the visit day.
When the work is complete you may receive a short review link for the same request. The review is optional, and it helps the account close the request clearly. For a different fault, scan the code again — do not reuse the old reference number.
