Account settings
Set account services, QR-form visit date and time, and team-facing translations — not payment secrets or platform settings.
Account settings change how forms and lists work for your team. The account supervisor opens them. Do not put integration keys or payment-gateway data here.
What this guide covers
- Account services: the services that appear when you create a request or assign a provider.
- Public form / customer app: visit date and visit time are separate. When time is hidden, the day picker stays and midnight is stored as the internal default. When time is visible, required/optional follows the setting.
- Past scheduling: an opt-in (off by default). When on, public and customer forms do not cap how far back a day can go, while same-day rules still apply. Blackouts still block those days.
- Account translations: replace a phrase the team sees without changing the product meaning.
- Printed QR codes: colors, logo, the name and caption under the code, and whether new downloads use a compact short URL such as
qr.nabeeh.net. Turn short QR links off only if you want new downloads to use the long app URL; codes already printed keep working.
Print QR codes after these choices are stable. Changing the form after stickers are up confuses residents.
Note: Notification settings and the account subscription have their own lists under settings. A subscription invoice is not a visit invoice; see invoices.
Do not document internal WhatsApp connection secrets here. If a reminder fails to send, retry from the request profile and tell the supervisor.
What to read next
- Notifications — a separate settings list for team alerts.
- Invoices — a subscription invoice is not a visit invoice.
- QR codes — print codes after the public form fields are stable.
