Follow a request in the customer app
Sign in to the customer app, review your requests, send a new one if the account allows it, and pay from the link on screen — never share card details in chat.
The customer app is for follow-up when you have an account or an invite from the property team. If you only send by scanning a code, the QR request guide is enough.
After sign-in
From home, open maintenance requests. Each card shows the number and status. Open details for notes, attachments, and the visit time. Send a new request from the app when create appears, and pick the property or unit from the list — do not type a free-form address.
Visit date and time follow the account. If a day strip appears, pick an available day, then a time if asked. Closed days cannot be selected.
Tip: Save the request number as shown. It is your reference with the office and the service provider.
Payment and chat
If an invoice or pay link appears, open it from details. Do not send a card number in chat. Chat beside the request is for clarification only.
Inspections in the app, when shown, are a checklist; submit them before you leave the site if the office asked.
If you cannot sign in, ask the property team to resend the invite, or use the QR code on the unit door to send a new fault.
