Notifications
Review your alerts from the header, and choose what reaches you so you do not miss an assignment or a visit reminder.
Notifications alert you in the account about a new request, a status change, or a reminder. Open your list from the bell in the header; use account settings to choose which alerts reach you. The app and outbound messages follow account settings; if an alert does not arrive, check the setting before you recreate the request.
List and settings
Open notifications and read the newest first. The header badge and an open notification list update while you work, and a brief in-app alert appears for a newly available notification. Select a personal alert to mark it read and open its work context. A group alert may open its work context directly without being added to your personal list. A scheduled notification appears when its dispatch starts, not when it is prepared. Do not close a request from the alert alone; open the profile.
In notification settings, turn on what your role needs and turn off noise you never act on. Save. That change affects how the account team is alerted, not the resident QR form.
Tip: If the same alert repeats, fix the cause on the request profile (missing assignment, unconfirmed visit) instead of muting every notification.
A thread with a customer or provider is a different path: open Messages — the screen is Conversations. See Conversations.
What to read next
- Conversations — the thread beside a request is not the notification list.
- Maintenance requests — fix a repeating alert on the request profile.
- Account settings — other form and service settings.
